New e-Mail Protocols

Bruce Telecom is moving to implement protocols which help make e-mail more secure and more reliable. As a result of this change, a small number of customers with incorrectly configured e-mail clients may experience difficulty sending e-mail.

When traveling outside of Canada or the U.S.A., please use our Webmail to access your emails.

If after January 8, 2020, you experience difficulty sending e-mail, please contact our Technical Support Team at 519-368-2000 or toll-free at 1-866-517-2000 to have your e-mail configuration settings updated.
