Durham Splash Pad

The Durham Splash Pad Committee is passionately working to create a vibrant, inclusive space for families and community members to gather, play, and connect. Their vision goes beyond just a splash pad—it’s about transforming the heart of Durham into a welcoming hub of activity and relaxation. The plan includes a state-of-the-art splash pad, a new pavilion perfect for community events, brand-new tables and benches for picnics and socializing, and a variety of trees to provide shade and enhance the park’s natural beauty. This exciting project will breathe new life into the beloved “Town Hall” Park, turning it into a destination everyone can enjoy.
