BRUCE TELECOM COMPLETES SALE TO WINDOR PRIVATE CAPITAL
KINCARDINE, Ontario – Today, the Municipality of Kincardine completed its agreement with Windsor Private Capital for the acquisition of Bruce Telecom Inc. by way of a friendly acquisition bid.
“All parties have completed the necessary due diligence process since entering into the agreement to purchase in October 2023, and have affirmed the transaction will proceed as intended. We are delighted with the acquisition and look forward to working closely with Windsor Private Capital and continue to evolve our business,” said Ray Lahoud, CEO of Bruce Telecom. “Windsor Private Capital brings capital and strategic connections that will strengthen our company’s position in the market, benefitting our employees and customers.”
